All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation email. When we ship your order, you will be notified.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (such as VAT), which are applied when the shipment reaches the destination country. Translational Music is not responsible for these additional charges, which are instead your responsibility as the customer.

How can I check the status of an order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification that will include a tracking number that can be used to check its status. The tracking information will be available within 48 hours.

If you do not receive your order within 10 business days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number and we will make the necessary checks.

Refunds, returns and exchanges
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please inform us as soon as possible at by sending your order number and a photo showing the condition of the item. We handle these issues on a case-by-case basis, but we will try our best to find a satisfactory solution.
